To reflect his power I chose a strong stance for the figure, and a low point of view to reinforce his mastery.
This image had to work both at full size, as shown here, but also cropped to the more traditional card dimensions (losing the portion from his waist down). This required the focus to fall squarely within the upper portion.
nice paint. some serious skills you have there... Curious about your choice of traditional media; many in your field (games, char development) seem to have gone the digital route. This does seem to lend a certain credible depth to your imagery, but it must at times make your work slower? Can hardly wait to see more.
!!! Oh my goodness! My favorite tier gear, and someone did the greatest piece of artwork of it too! T4 Is totally underrated and no one wants to wear it - except for me and a few others!
