D&D Fantastic Locations; City of Peril supplement cover artwork.

Original artwork for sale; UK£1300.

This is a painting commissioned for the cover of this D&D supplement. I enjoyed trying to capture the moonlight and painting all those rats!

The moon light works really well and the rats are great! I especially like the spikey rat on the right with his tongue hanging out! ;)

It was a challenge doing the moonlit, trying to make it look moody nightime whilst still having some colour in there. There certainly are quite a few rats!

This is an amazing piece of work. I like the composition. And I like to know, too, what type of paint you've used here (oil? acrylic colors?). :)

I enjoyed doing the moonlight. The rim lighting helped the figures stand out.
