General of Undeath.

Acrylic, approx 8" x 11"
©Wizards of the Coast; Internal illustration for D&D Spell Compendium.

Original artwork sold.

This image shows a general leading an army of undead into battle. She has summoned a vicious horde that covers the whole spectrum - from lowly Skeleton to mighty Vampire.

This is a vignetted image, but I dropped in a box frame to enable me to show the receding ranks and night sky more easily. This then meant that I could have figures coming out of the framed area which in turn helps make them more dramatic.

I don't see what's changed from the picture in the book? is it traced or what? It's from the Spell Compendium...right?
