As the Daemon readies his flaming sword in preparation for his devastating scything attack each of the adventurers tries to overcome him in their own way.
The brief included five existing character designs to work with. It was a fun challenge to combine these into one attack on the arch-baddie, whilst trying to convey their own individual narratives.
The light from the sword provides strong highlights which helps the figures stand apart clearly, whilst also linking them togeteher visually. It also allowed for the strong brown/orange tones in the foreground to contrast nicely against the cooler blues of the background. Thereby helping with form and depth.

Nice change from the usal warrior/tank, rouge/dps, mage/nuke, cleric/healer
clothes and armors are great so is the twisted background
