Hello again...

About a month ago my PC decided to get uppity, and stop working. Thankfully it was still under warranty, and the repair looked like a, supposedly simple, case of replacing the motherboard.

What I didn't account for was the courier dropping the machine even before it got to the workshop

I have since then spent a lot of time on the phone trying to work out what was going to happen next. After a lot of stress my shiny new machine arrived today - now I just have to get it back to how I had it before (without the broken aspect

).

I hope that explains why I have been absent, and why I might not be replying to all the 412 messages waiting for me.

Its great to see you back online!!! Anne was telling me about your computer troubles, but I did not know the courier also dropped it befor it even got to the workshop!! My gosh!! You must have been pulling your hair out!!!

Computers are stressfull enough when they go wrong let alone all that happoning too!!! You poor thing!!

I bet you are so relieved now though?

Ah, I hate techonoly when it breaks, as much as I love it when it works

I am also starting to hate couriers, too, because they often do nasty things like making things disappear

Eh, that just sounds like "Get fired form your job as you just made the warranty cost more for us to fill! stupid worker!" type thing...

Last time My computer needed to be fixed, the CPU was COMPLETELY fried, dust penetrated it throughly, and I went with my father to get it fixed. though he was slightly peeved on why we had to go any way.

I was playing DDR with ungrounded USB plugs... oh my poor CPU.
